When the land transfers to you, it comes by deed — and in the land business there are two you'll normally see. A warranty deed is the strongest: we guarantee the title all the way back through its history, and we stand behind it against any claim from any point in the past. A special warranty deed guarantees the title only for the period we owned it — so it still protects you from anything we did,

Is there really no credit check?
Correct — because you're buying directly from us, not borrowing from a bank, we don't run your credit. Your down payment reserves the land.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Talk to us early — we're people, not a call center. Your agreement spells out any grace period. We'd always rather work something out than take a parcel back.
Do I own the land right away?
You take possession and can use the land right away. The deed transfers either up front or once you've paid in full, depending on your agreement — and it will be either a warranty deed or a special warranty deed. We tell you which before you sign.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes — our agreements have no prepayment penalty, so you can pay the balance any time and get your deed sooner. Confirm this on your specific contract.
